Dr. Mario – Game Boy

Dr. Mario is a Nintendo Game Boy puzzle game built around falling vitamin capsules and virus-clearing strategy. Mario drops multi-shaded capsules into a bottle, creating a compact puzzle challenge focused on matching, rotating, and clearing pieces before the playfield fills.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Educational puzzle gameplay centers on aligning capsules with viruses to clear the bottle and advance to harder rounds.
• Capsules can be moved, shifted, or spun as they fall, giving each round a mix of quick reactions and planning.
• Matching 4 or more of the same shade in a row removes capsules and viruses from the playfield.
• Game Link cable support enables simultaneous 2-player action with another compatible setup.

The Game Boy version adapts Dr. Mario’s shade-matching formula for monochrome handheld play, where capsule placement and virus-clearing patterns drive each round.
