Dracula The Resurrection – PS1 Game

Dracula: The Resurrection is a first-person adventure game for the PlayStation. It continues the story of Bram Stoker’s novel: Jonathan Harker travels to Transylvania after Mina disappears, following her trail through mountain roads, inns, crypts and the count’s castle. You explore by moving between fixed viewpoints made of pre-rendered backgrounds, panning the camera to look around and clicking on the scenery to examine it. Play centres on gathering objects, combining or using them in the right place, and working out puzzles built around locks, machinery and the layout of each location. Documents and conversations fill in the plot between areas, and cutscenes carry the story forward. There is no combat system in the traditional sense, though some moments require acting correctly to avoid a fatal outcome.
