ESPN Sports Connection – Wii U Game

ESPN Sports Connection is a multi-sport collection for Wii U made up of short, motion-controlled events. It uses the console’s controllers for physical inputs, with the GamePad’s screen and gyro sensors used in some events and Wii Remotes supported for others, allowing several people to play together in the same room. Events are built around quick rounds rather than long simulations, so play is oriented toward passing a controller between players and comparing results. Presentation borrows ESPN branding for menus and on-screen graphics. Solo players can work through events individually, while local multiplayer is the main focus, with simple rules explained before each activity. It is aimed at group play and casual sessions rather than deep single-player sports careers.
