FIFA Soccer 10 – Wii Game

The Nintendo Wii version of FIFA Soccer 10 is a distinct take on EA’s football series rather than a straight port of the console versions. It uses licensed clubs, competitions and players, and supports the Wii Remote and Nunchuk as well as the Classic Controller, so you can choose between pointer-and-motion control or a more traditional gamepad setup. Matches follow the familiar structure of 11-a-side football with passing, shooting, tackling and set pieces, presented with a lighter, more accessible feel than its counterparts on other systems. Beyond one-off exhibition matches you can play through leagues and cup competitions, and there are party-style extra modes alongside the standard football. Multiplayer is supported locally for matches with friends, either against each other or on the same side.
