Formula One 2000 – PS1 Game

Formula One 2000 is a Grand Prix racing game for the PlayStation, using the teams, drivers and circuits of the Formula One season it is named for. Race weekends follow the structure of the sport, with practice and qualifying sessions setting your grid position before the Grand Prix itself, and you can choose between one-off races, time trials and a full championship. Assists and driving aids can be adjusted so the handling suits either casual play or more demanding hands-on control of braking and cornering. Pit stops for fuel and tyres factor into longer races, along with rules and penalties. Several camera angles are offered, including an in-car view, and commentary plays over the action. A split-screen option allows two players to race one another on the same machine.
