Formula One 99 – PS1 Game

Formula One 99 is a licensed Grand Prix racing game for the PlayStation, based on the teams, drivers and circuits of the 1999 Formula One season. Race weekends follow the format of the sport, with practice and qualifying sessions ahead of the Grand Prix, and you can choose between single races, time trials and a championship run across the calendar. Driving aids can be enabled or reduced to change how much of the braking and cornering you handle yourself, and race distance can be shortened for quicker sessions. Longer races bring pit stops, tyre and fuel decisions and rule penalties into play. Commentary accompanies the action, several camera angles are available including an in-car view, and a split-screen mode lets two players race against each other.
