Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball – Sega Saturn Game

This is the Sega Saturn version of Frank Thomas Big Hurt Baseball, a baseball simulation endorsed by the White Sox slugger. You handle all three sides of the game: selecting and placing pitches, timing swings with cursor-based aiming at the plate, and taking over fielders to chase down hits and make throws. Games run as full contests with standard rules, and beyond one-off exhibitions there are longer modes for playing through a schedule, along with statistics and roster handling typical of the era’s console baseball titles. The Saturn release uses digitised player graphics, a behind-the-pitcher view for at-bats and a wider field camera once the ball is in play, with commentary and crowd audio over the action. Two players can play against each other on the same console.
