Friday The 13th – NES

Friday the 13th is an action-adventure horror game for the NES based around the Crystal Lake setting. The game centers on stopping Jason while protecting camp counselors and children across a dangerous summer camp.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Explore forests, cabins, caves, and lake areas while responding to threats around Crystal Lake.
• Players control six camp counselors and must protect friends in danger before Jason reaches them.
• Enemies include man-eating wolves, blood-sucking bats, and zombies in addition to direct encounters with Jason.
• Gameplay mixes side-scrolling action, exploration, item use, and survival objectives tied to rescuing others.
• The objective builds toward confronting Jason face to face and destroying him.

This NES release adapts the Friday the 13th slasher premise into an early console survival-action format, with Crystal Lake functioning as both the map and the threat hub. Its counselor-switching setup gives the game a structure distinct from straightforward licensed action games of the era.
