Ghost Recon 2 – Gamecube Game

Ghost Recon 2 on the GameCube continues the tactical military shooter series, with the action presented from a third-person viewpoint behind your soldier. You lead a small special forces team through mission objectives set in outdoor terrain and around installations, giving orders to your squad while directly controlling one operative. Firefights remain unforgiving, so using cover, spotting enemies at range and coordinating your team matter more than rushing forward. Missions include eliminating targets, securing positions and supporting allied forces, with supporting assets available at certain points. The camera change from the earlier games makes it easier to see your soldier’s surroundings and body position while moving between cover. Story sequences frame the campaign as a modern military conflict in East Asia. It suits players who want squad-based shooting rather than solo action.
