Ghost Rider – PS2 Game

Ghost Rider for PlayStation 2 is a third-person action game based on the Marvel character and the film adaptation. You play as the flaming-skulled Johnny Blaze, fighting waves of demonic enemies with a chain whip and hellfire attacks, chaining combos and finishing moves and upgrading your abilities as you progress. Combat takes place in enclosed arena-style areas where you clear enemies before moving on, punctuated by boss encounters. Between fighting stages, the game shifts to motorcycle sequences in which you ride the Hell Cycle, dodging traffic and obstacles while attacking pursuers. The structure follows a level-by-level campaign with cutscenes carrying the story between missions. It is a straightforward brawler in the style of other licensed superhero action games of its era.
