Gretzky NHL 06 – PSP Game

This is the PlayStation Portable version of Gretzky NHL 06, a licensed ice hockey game bearing Wayne Gretzky’s name. You take control of an NHL club and play full matches, passing, shooting, checking and defending under standard hockey rules that include penalties, face-offs and offsides. Beyond one-off exhibition games, the package supports longer play that carries a team through a season with roster decisions along the way. Period length, difficulty and other settings can be adjusted so a game fits a short handheld session or a more deliberate simulation-paced match. Presentation follows the broadcast conventions of hockey titles from this period, with commentary, replays and on-screen scoreboard information. Controls map skating, shot types and dekes to the PSP’s buttons and analog nub.
