Gungnir – PSP Game

Gungnir is a tactical role-playing game for the PSP, developed by Sting as part of its Dept. Heaven series. You command a small force in turn-based battles fought on grid maps with height differences, positioning units to gain attack advantages and set up chains of assists. The system tracks a tactics gauge that lets you spend accumulated points to take extra turns or interrupt the enemy order, so managing that resource is central to planning. Characters equip weapons and armour that determine their available skills, and gear can be reworked between fights. The story follows a rebellion in a stratified nation, told through dialogue scenes between missions with hand-drawn character art, and includes optional battles for building up your roster.
