• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. The disc play surface is in nice condition.
• Play as Kite, an outlaw player fighting through contaminated cyberspace as the virus spreads out of control.
• Gate hacking unlocks additional environments as enemies are defeated and codes are uncovered.
• Saved data from Part 2 can carry over leveled-up characters and items into Part 3.
• Dual voiceover options allow the story to be played with English or Japanese dialogue.
• Characters from the .hack TV series appear as the outbreak begins affecting both the game world and the real world.

The story centers on the effort to uncover what is behind the outbreak and wake Orca from his coma. This entry connects the RPG storyline with the .hack//Liminality anime chapter tied to Outbreak.
