HAWX 2 – Wii Game

The Wii release of Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X. 2 is an aerial combat game built around modern military jets. You fly missions over real-world-inspired terrain, taking on objectives such as intercepting enemy aircraft, striking ground and sea targets, escorting friendly forces and supporting troops below. Flight is arcade-oriented rather than a full simulation, with assists that keep the plane manageable while you concentrate on lining up shots. Weapons include cannons, guided missiles and air-to-ground ordnance, and targeting is handled with lock-on cues shown on the HUD alongside radar, altitude and threat warnings. Controls make use of the Wii Remote for steering and firing. Missions are briefed and scored individually, with radio chatter carrying the storyline between objectives, and different aircraft become available as you work through the campaign.
