Heatseeker – Wii Game

The Wii version of the arcade jet combat game, in which you fly licensed military aircraft through mission-based sorties. Objectives mix air-to-air dogfighting with strikes on ground and naval targets, escort duties and interceptions, and you switch between cannon fire and guided missiles as threats are called out. The Wii release maps flight control to the remote and Nunchuk, using tilt for steering alongside button inputs for weapons and throttle. Handling stays on the arcade side of the scale, with quick turns, generous lock-on assistance and on-screen prompts guiding you toward the next target rather than demanding simulation-style flying. Missions range over ocean, coastline and mountain settings, with radio chatter pushing the action along, and finishing assignments opens up further aircraft and sorties.
