Herdy Gerdy – PS2 Game

Herdy Gerdy is a PlayStation 2 action-puzzle game built around herding rather than fighting. You control Gerdy, a young resident of a stylized island world, and your task in each area is to guide groups of creatures into pens. The animals behave according to simple rules, chasing or fleeing from one another and from you, so success comes from understanding those relationships and using the terrain, gates and your own movement to steer them where they need to go. Between herding challenges you run, jump and climb through a connected 3D world with a bright, colorful art style. Later stages introduce more creature types and more crowded layouts, increasing the number of interactions you have to manage at once. It is a puzzle-focused game with platforming movement rather than a combat title.
