Hudson Hawk – Gameboy Game

Hudson Hawk on Game Boy is an action game based on the caper film of the same name, in which you take the role of a cat burglar working his way through a series of break-ins. Play is built around side-scrolling platform stages: you run and climb through buildings and rooftops, avoid guards and hazards, and reach the objective at the end of each area. As with most Game Boy licensed titles of its era, the presentation is monochrome sprite work with short stages, a limited number of lives and no save function, so runs are meant to be completed in one sitting. Timing your jumps and learning enemy patterns matter more than combat depth. It is a compact, single-player game suited to brief handheld sessions.
