Jeopardy – PS1 Game

Jeopardy on PlayStation brings the television quiz show to the console. You pick a category and dollar value from the board, read the clue, and answer in the form of a question before your opponents buzz in. Play follows the show’s structure: an opening round, a Double Jeopardy round with higher values, Daily Doubles that let you wager part of your bank, and a Final Jeopardy round where you commit a written wager before seeing the clue. Categories cover general knowledge subjects such as history, geography, wordplay, science and entertainment. You can compete against computer-controlled contestants or play with others taking turns, entering answers with the controller. Scores are tracked across the rounds, with the highest total at the end taking the game.
