Just Cause – PS2 Game

Just Cause is an open-world third-person action game for the PlayStation 2. You play as Rico Rodriguez, an agent operating on a large tropical island nation, working to destabilize its regime through story missions and side activities. The map covers jungle, mountain, coastline and urban areas, and you travel it by car, boat, aircraft and helicopter, all of which can be commandeered from enemies and civilians. A grappling hook and parachute let you latch onto vehicles, pull yourself onto moving traffic and stay airborne, and stunt-style vehicle hijacking is central to how you move around. Alongside the main campaign, you can take on faction missions, liberate settlements and explore freely between objectives. Combat mixes gunplay on foot with shooting from vehicles.
