Just Dance is a rhythm and dance game for the Nintendo Wii. You hold the Wii Remote in one hand while following an on-screen dancer, matching choreography to licensed pop songs; the remote tracks your arm movements and scores how closely you match each move. Prompts along the bottom of the screen preview upcoming moves, and each routine ends with a score and rating. The game is built around party play, with multiple players able to dance at the same time using additional remotes and compare scores at the end of a song. Routines vary in speed and difficulty, and some use paired or mirrored choreography. There is no need for a balance board or camera accessory; the Wii Remote handles motion tracking on its own.
