Kao the Kangaroo Round 2 – PS2 Game

Kao the Kangaroo Round 2 continues the adventures of the boxing-glove-wearing kangaroo in a 3D platformer for PlayStation 2. You steer Kao through themed worlds made up of individual levels, jumping between platforms, punching enemies and collecting the items dotted along the main path and hidden in side areas. Some stages swap the on-foot action for vehicle or chase sequences, and worlds end in boss encounters against larger opponents. Kao’s move set is built around jumping, gliding-style manoeuvres and melee attacks with his gloves, with hub-style level selection between areas. Environments run from beaches and jungles to icy and industrial settings, presented in a bright cartoon art style with animated cutscenes between chapters. Controls use the DualShock 2’s analog sticks for movement and camera, with face buttons handling jumps and attacks.
