Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue – PlayStation 4

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a PlayStation 4 RPG collection from Square Enix. It brings together late-series Kingdom Hearts story content with HD presentation and action-RPG combat tied to the lead-up to Kingdom Hearts III.

• Includes Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, a remastered version of the Nintendo 3DS entry centered on Sora and Riku.
• Features Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep – A Fragmentary Passage, a playable chapter focused on Aqua.
• Kingdom Hearts ? Back Cover is presented as a cinematic story episode expanding the series lore.
• Combat blends real-time action, magic, and character progression across Disney-inspired and original Kingdom Hearts worlds.

The collection connects story threads from Dream Drop Distance and Birth by Sleep into the setup for Kingdom Hearts III. Its mix of a remaster, a new playable chapter, and a cinematic episode makes it a distinct bridge release in the Kingdom Hearts timeline.
