Knockout Kings 2001 – PS2 Game

Knockout Kings 2001 is a boxing game with a roster of licensed professional fighters spanning modern and historic names. Fights play out in a 3D ring viewed from ringside, with punch buttons for jabs, hooks and uppercuts that can be aimed high or low, plus guarding, movement and clinching. Stamina limits how freely you can throw, and damage builds visibly on a fighter’s face, leading to knockdowns and counts. Beyond exhibition bouts you can take a created boxer through a career, training between fights to raise speed, power and endurance while moving up the rankings toward championships. Weight classes separate the roster, and two players can fight head to head. The PlayStation 2 version presents the sport with detailed fighter models, cornermen and commentary between rounds.
