Legend of Spyro The Eternal Night – PS2 Game

The Legend of Spyro: The Eternal Night is an action platformer for the PlayStation 2 and the second entry in the Legend of Spyro trilogy. Spyro continues to learn about his powers and his role as a purple dragon while facing a growing threat to the dragon realms. Combat is built around melee combos and four elemental breath attacks, with a fury meter that fills as you fight and unleashes a stronger area attack. New abilities let Spyro briefly slow time to cross hazards and platforms. Stages are largely linear, mixing enemy encounters, climbing and gliding sections, and boss fights, while collected items go toward upgrading health and elemental powers. Sparx the dragonfly again indicates your health and can retrieve pickups. Voiced cutscenes carry the story between levels.
