Loaded – PS1 Game

A top-down, isometric run-and-gun shooter for the PlayStation. You pick one of several playable characters, each a grotesque escaped inmate with a distinct weapon, movement speed, and special attack, then fight through a series of enemy-filled complexes. Play is built around constant shooting: you sweep rooms and corridors, gather keys and coloured access cards to open the way forward, pick up ammunition, health, and power-ups, and hunt for switches that unlock the route to each level’s exit. The presentation leans into a dark comic-book look, with heavy metal-flavoured music and a violent, cartoonish tone. A second player can join in for cooperative play, with both characters on the same screen clearing stages together.
