Marvel Super Hero Squad – Wii Game

The Nintendo Wii version of the Super Hero Squad action game, using the franchise’s stylised, cartoon-proportioned versions of Marvel characters. You take a hero through story stages, working through groups of enemies with basic attacks, throws and character-specific special moves before reaching boss encounters. A second player can drop in locally for co-operative play, and more characters become available as you advance. The Wii release supports motion input through the Wii Remote for attacks alongside standard button presses, keeping the control scheme simple enough for younger players. Visuals follow the look of the animated series, with bright colours, comic-book effects and light comedic dialogue between the heroes. Aimed squarely at family audiences and Marvel fans who want an accessible brawler rather than a demanding action game.
