Medabots

Medabots: Metabee is a role-playing game for Game Boy Advance based on the Medabots series. You play as a young Medafighter who builds and customizes robotic companions called Medabots, then enters them into one-on-one battles known as Robattles. Combat is turn-based and revolves around the parts you equip: heads, arms and legs each carry their own attacks and defensive traits, and the Medal installed in a Medabot influences how it fights. Defeating opponents lets you salvage their parts, so building a stronger loadout is tied to winning matches. Between battles you explore towns and other locations, talk to characters and take on story events and tournaments. The game was released alongside a companion version, and the two differ in the starting Medabot and some of the parts you can find.
