Medal of Honor Vanguard – PS2 Game

Medal of Honor Vanguard is a first-person shooter set in the European theatre of the Second World War. You play as an American paratrooper, and the campaign follows airborne operations from Sicily through Normandy, the Netherlands and the push into Germany. Several missions open with a parachute drop in which you steer toward a landing zone, which affects where you begin on the ground. On foot you clear towns, farmland and fortifications, using period rifles, submachine guns, machine guns and explosives, with an iron-sight aiming view and a weapon-upgrade system that improves guns as you use them. Squadmates fight alongside you during many objectives. The presentation uses orchestral music and radio chatter to frame each operation.
