Mega Man Battle Network 2 – GBA Game

Mega Man Battle Network 2 continues the Game Boy Advance role-playing series in which Lan Hikari operates his NetNavi, MegaMan.EXE. You alternate between exploring the real world in an overhead view and jacking into computer networks, which act as branching areas full of viruses, items, and locked paths. Fights play out in real time on a six-panel grid: you reposition MegaMan, fire the buster, and play Battle Chips selected from your folder between rounds. This entry adds the Style Change system, which alters MegaMan’s element and abilities based on how you fight over time, and expands folder building with new chip types and program upgrades. The story involves a net crime organization, with boss Navis fought at the end of each major network area.
