Metal Gear Solid

Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is a PSP entry in which you play as Big Boss, running operations in Central America. The game is divided into individual missions launched from a menu, with main story operations and a large number of optional side tasks. Between deployments you develop Mother Base, assigning recruited soldiers to divisions such as combat, research and medical, which unlocks new weapons and equipment for use in the field. Enemy soldiers can be knocked out and sent back to base to expand your staff. Stealth remains central, with cover, tranquilizers and close quarters combat, while several boss fights pit you against armoured vehicles and walking machines. Missions support cooperative play with other players, and the story is told largely through stylised animated cutscenes.
