Metroid Prime Trilogy collects the three first-person Metroid Prime games on a single Wii disc. All three use the Wii Remote pointer control scheme, so the two GameCube entries are played with aiming and gesture controls rather than their original analogue setups, alongside widescreen presentation. Across the set you explore large interconnected worlds as Samus Aran, scanning creatures and machinery for lore, collecting beams, visors and suit upgrades, and using the Morph Ball for tunnels and puzzle rooms. Combat relies on lock-on aiming and switching weapons to match enemy weaknesses. The games are selected from a shared menu, and each is tracked separately, with an unlockable gallery of concept art and other extras earned through play across the three titles.
