Micro Machines V4 – PS2 Game

Micro Machines V4 continues the toy-car racing series on PlayStation 2. You race miniature vehicles from an overhead viewpoint on tracks built into everyday spaces, with tables, floors, gardens and similar surroundings converted into circuits where household objects act as barriers, ramps and hazards. The camera keeps the whole field in frame, so the racing stays close and falling off an edge or losing pace with the leaders quickly costs you position. A wide selection of small vehicles is included, ranging across cars and other toy types, each with its own handling on the varied surfaces. Control is arcade-style and immediate. Multiplayer racing on a shared screen remains a key part of the design, suited to short, competitive sessions between several players.
