Motor Mayhem – PS2 Game

Motor Mayhem is a vehicular combat game for PlayStation 2. Rather than racing to a finish line, you fight in enclosed arenas, driving armed vehicles and using pickups scattered around the environment to damage opponents. Each driver has a distinct machine, so weight, speed and handling differ depending on who you choose, and arena hazards and layouts affect how fights play out. Matches are built around elimination, with weapon and health pickups respawning to keep the action moving. Alongside single-player play against AI drivers, the game supports multiplayer on one console via split screen. The presentation frames the combat as a televised bloodsport-style competition, with announcer commentary over the matches. Play centres on quick circling, aiming while driving and controlling the parts of the arena where useful pickups appear.
