MTX Mototrax – PS2 Game

MTX Mototrax is a motocross game that mixes track racing with freestyle trick riding. You ride a dirt bike through outdoor circuits and stadium-style courses, taking jumps, whips and mid-air tricks that are scored when you land them cleanly. Racing events reward line choice and throttle control over rough terrain, while freestyle events focus on chaining tricks together for points. Rider Travis Pastrana is featured in the game, and the presentation is built around a licensed rock and metal soundtrack playing during runs. Progression comes from clearing events to open up further courses and equipment. Controls handle throttle, braking and lean separately, so preloading suspension before a jump matters for both distance and control in the air on the PlayStation 2.
