Mutant League Football – Sega Genesis Game

Mutant League Football takes the structure of an American football game and moves it into a fantasy setting where the teams are made up of skeletons, robots, trolls, aliens and other monsters. You call plays from a playbook and run offence and defence as normal, but the fields are littered with hazards such as land mines, pits and patches that can kill players outright. Injuries and deaths remove players from your roster for the rest of the game, so managing who is still standing becomes part of the strategy. Dirty tricks let you bribe or attack the referee, and fights can break out between players. Games can be played against the computer or against a second player on one Genesis console.
