NBA 08 – PSP Game

NBA 08 on the PlayStation Portable is the handheld version of Sony’s licensed basketball series. It carries the NBA’s official teams, arenas and player rosters into full five-on-five games controlled with the PSP’s analog nub and face buttons. You can play one-off exhibition matches, take a team through a regular season and the playoffs, or run a longer franchise while handling roster decisions. Offense covers dribble moves, passing, post play, jump shots and dunks, while on defense you can apply pressure, switch assignments and contest shots. Quarter lengths and difficulty can be adjusted to suit shorter portable sessions. Presentation uses a broadcast layout with commentary, replays and statistical overlays. Wireless support allows head-to-head games between two PSP systems.
