NBA Jam Tournament Edition – PS1 Game

NBA Jam Tournament Edition is the expanded version of the arcade basketball game, brought to PlayStation. It keeps the core two-on-two format with licensed NBA teams, digitized player sprites, no fouls or free throws, and dunks that carry players well above the rim. Stringing together made shots sets a player on fire for boosted shooting until the streak ends, while turbo powers sprints and pushes. The Tournament Edition additions include larger team rosters, extra dunks and moves, hot spots that award bonus points from marked floor positions, and a set of hidden characters accessed with codes at the matchup screen. Random game modifiers can also alter individual matches. Commentary and crowd samples call the action, and multiple players can play cooperatively or against each other locally.
