NBA Live 2000 – PS1 Game

A PlayStation entry in EA Sports’ NBA Live series, playing five-on-five basketball with licensed NBA teams, players and arenas. Games run from a broadcast-style camera with commentary, crowd audio and on-screen score and clock displays. On offence you call plays, run pick-and-rolls and choose between driving and shooting; on defence you switch defenders and contest shots. Beyond exhibition games there are season and playoff modes, plus roster management through trades and a create-a-player tool for building custom rosters. A one-on-one mode lets you play isolated matchups against a single opponent, including retired NBA players. Statistics are tracked across a season, and adjustable difficulty and quarter lengths let you set how long games take. Two players can play with a second controller.
