NCAA March Madness 98 – PS1 Game

NCAA March Madness 98 is a college basketball game for the PlayStation featuring licensed NCAA Division I teams. Play is five-on-five, with play-calling and defensive settings layered over direct control of dribbling, shooting, passing and defense. You can play single exhibition games, work through tournament brackets toward a title, or follow a team across a season, with adjustable difficulty and game length for shorter or more demanding matches. The presentation uses a television broadcast style with commentary, replays and arena crowd noise. Two players can compete head-to-head using the schools they pick. As a college title, it emphasizes team colors, arenas and rivalries rather than professional rosters, so the draw is playing out matchups between recognizable programs on the way to a tournament run.
