NFL Blitz 2002 – Xbox Game

NFL Blitz 2002 brings the arcade football series to the original Xbox, sticking with reduced squads, a short field and long first-down distances that push you toward deep passing and turbo runs. Play calling uses a brief icon menu with audibles at the line, and a turbo meter governs bursts of speed for runners, receivers and defenders. Hits are exaggerated and contact can carry past the end of a play, keeping the pace fast and the scoring high. Players who chain big plays together can catch fire for a temporary boost. NFL teams and stadiums are included, with commentary and crowd noise over the action. Alongside exhibition games there are season-style modes and multiplayer for playing on a single console with friends.
