NFL Quarterback Club 2000 is an officially licensed American football game for the Sega Dreamcast. You choose from NFL teams and rosters, call plays from offensive and defensive playbooks, then take control on the field for passing, running, tackling, kicking and punting. Standard football rules are in place, with downs, penalties, timeouts and clock management shaping how each drive plays out. Modes include exhibition games, season play with playoffs, and local multiplayer for head-to-head matches. Commentary, replays and stadium presentation frame the action between plays, and the Dreamcast hardware renders the players and stadiums in 3D with more detail than the previous generation of football games. Settings let you adjust difficulty, quarter length and other options to change how demanding a full game feels.
