NHL Hitz Pro – Gamecube Game

NHL Hitz Pro is the entry in Midway’s Hitz hockey series that moves to full-size five-on-five play on the Nintendo GameCube, keeping the series’ emphasis on heavy contact and fast action while adopting more conventional hockey rules and rink dimensions. NHL teams and players are licensed. On the ice you handle passing, checking, dekes, and shooting, with hitting and physical play still central to how you break up opposing attacks. Modes include exhibition games and longer season and franchise-style play, with roster options handled through the menus. Difficulty and rule settings let you decide how strict officiating and how demanding the AI will be. Local multiplayer is supported through the GameCube’s four controller ports for head-to-head or co-operative games.
