Nightmare Before Christmas

Oogie’s Revenge is an action game continuing the story of Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack Skellington returns to Halloween Town to find Oogie Boogie in control, and you fight your way back through locations from the film and the neighbouring holiday worlds. Jack’s main weapon is the Soul Robber, a stretching appendage used for combos and crowd control, and he can switch between unlockable costumes that add abilities such as fire and light attacks. Levels combine melee combat with platforming and simple puzzles, and certain boss fights and set pieces are resolved through rhythm sequences timed to the music. Defeating enemies and finishing stages unlocks upgrades and new moves. The game uses the film’s character designs and musical themes throughout. This is the Xbox version.
