Ninja Assault – PS2 Game

Ninja Assault is a light gun shooter for PlayStation 2 with a feudal Japanese setting. The action is on rails: the camera moves you through castles, villages and forests while you aim at the screen to shoot ninja, samurai and supernatural enemies as they appear, reloading by pointing off-screen. Alongside firing, you can shoot incoming projectiles out of the air and target bonus items and destructible scenery for extra points. Stages end with larger boss encounters, and continues let you keep going after losing your remaining health. The game supports two players at once for co-operative play. It works with the GunCon 2 light gun, and can also be played with a standard controller for those without the peripheral.
