Ninja Gaiden III

Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom is an NES platformer starring Ryu Hayabusa in a fast-action ninja adventure. The game expands the series with movie-like Cinema Screen story sequences that unfold between completed levels.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Side-scrolling platform action focuses on precise movement, enemy patterns, and Ryu’s upgraded ninja combat techniques.
• Ryu battles ancient forces of darkness across a high-challenge adventure built around level-by-level progression.
• The game features 5 special weapons and 6 items to support different combat and survival situations.
• Includes 8 new bosses tied to the game’s darker ancient-ship storyline.
• Game Continue Mode adds a built-in way to resume progress after a failed run.

As the third numbered Ninja Gaiden entry on NES, The Ancient Ship of Doom continues Ryu’s story with a heavier emphasis on cinematic cutscenes and expanded abilities.
