Otogi 2 – Xbox Game

Otogi 2 is a third-person action game for the Xbox, continuing the mission-based combat of the first Otogi. You fight through stages inspired by Japanese folklore and mythology, cutting down demons and spirits with melee combos, ranged magic and aerial attacks. Environments are heavily destructible, so pillars, walls and scenery break apart as you fight through them. This entry lets you play as several different characters rather than a single hero, each with their own weapons and spells. Missions are selected from a menu between fights, and money earned in combat can be spent on upgrading weapons and magic before heading back out. Stages are relatively short and built around clearing enemies and reaching an objective, with health and magic reserves acting as the main pressure.
