Pac-Mania – Sega Genesis

Pac-Mania is a Sega Genesis arcade game that brings Pac-Man’s maze-chase gameplay to a 16-bit home console format. This version shifts the familiar dot-eating action into a 3-D-style perspective with floating pellets, roaming ghosts, and maze layouts built around depth and movement.

• Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge.
• Arcade maze gameplay centers on clearing dots and energizer pellets while avoiding ghosts across varied stage designs.
• Pac-Man can jump over ghosts, adding a movement option not found in the original maze formula.
• The Pac Booster feature lets Pac-Man move at superspeed for faster escapes and aggressive route planning.
• Mazes use unusual shapes and elevated-looking paths that change how ghost movement and pellet routes are read.
• Part of Tengen’s “Arcade Hits That Hit Home” Genesis lineup.

Pac-Mania builds on the original Pac-Man formula by adding a jump mechanic and 3-D-style maze presentation while keeping the core chase-and-clear structure intact. The game ties back to Namco’s long-running Pac-Man arcade series through its ghosts, energizer pellets, and score-focused maze design.
