Pokemon Sapphire – GBA Game

Pokemon Sapphire is a role-playing game for the Game Boy Advance set in the region of Hoenn. Beginning as a new trainer, you choose a starting Pokemon, explore towns, routes, caves and coastline, and build a team by catching and training wild species. Combat is turn-based and driven by type matchups and move choice, and this generation introduced Abilities, Natures and two-on-two double battles. You collect Gym badges on the way to the Pokemon League while a criminal team pursues a legendary Pokemon; Team Aqua drives the plot in this version. Side activities include Pokemon Contests and secret bases. Certain species appear only in Sapphire, so trading with Ruby or another cartridge is required to fill the Pokedex. A link cable enables trading and player-versus-player battles.
