Powerpuff Girls Chemical X-Traction – PS1 Game

The Powerpuff Girls: Chemical X-Traction is a versus fighting game for the original PlayStation based on the Cartoon Network series. You pick from the show’s cast, including Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup along with villains from Townsville, and fight one-on-one in enclosed arenas rendered in 3D. Characters fly and dash around the stage rather than staying grounded, using punches, projectiles and special attacks tied to the cartoon’s powers. The plot revolves around Chemical X, the substance behind the girls’ abilities, being scattered and fought over. Alongside single-player matches against the computer there is two-player competitive play, and the presentation leans on the flat, angular art style of the television show.
