Rayman 3 Hoodlum Havoc – PS2 Game

Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc is a 3D platformer with a heavier emphasis on combat than its predecessor. Rayman fights the Hoodlums using punches and thrown energy attacks, and can pick up temporary power-up canisters that change his abilities, granting effects such as a heavy fist, a rocket-like dash or a vortex attack used to solve obstacles and clear groups of enemies. Levels are laid out as linear chapters with platforming, arena fights and score-based challenges, and you collect gems and Lums as you go. Movement includes gliding with his helicopter hair, swinging, grinding sequences and water sections. The tone is openly comedic, with the character Globox as a constant companion and frequent cutscene banter between characters. Boss encounters cap off major chapters.
